Our fees are flat rate based and when we quote a price, that is what you will pay.  We will not keep adding additional fees, because the website is taking longer to build or costing us more than was anticipated.  The only reason your cost would increase,  would be if you asked for substantial changes or additions to the website, after receiving a price quote.

We make minor modifications to any websites we build at no cost, for as long as our clients own the website.  Modifications we consider to be minor are such things as, adding a picture or biography from time to time for a new physician or staff member, updating contact information, and other changes that can be made in just a few minutes.  Substantial modifications or makeovers to websites are available by quote, and offered at the same flat rate pricing.  

Don't be taken in by web design companies that offer incredibly low design rates or that won't give you an exact quote, as more often than not they will nickel and dime you to death with a bunch of additional costs as the website is developed.
